At Maison Orchis, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected to meet our high standards of fine jewelry.

Due to the unique and precious nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or does not correspond to the order placed.

Custom-made, made-to-order, resized, or personalized pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Should you experience any issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your piece, including photographs and your order details. Our team will carefully review your request and assist you accordingly.

Maison Orchis reserves the right to assess each request individually before approving any return or refund.
